About the Wiki & How to Join the Wiki Team
Digital Reboot World Wiki is a curated knowledge base created specifically to support our private server. It documents both the game’s core systems and the custom content developed exclusively for our server. The wiki exists to ensure that all information, official and custom, is clearly structured, accurate, and easy to access.
The wiki covers not only the basic content such as Digimon, quests, items, and mechanics, but also serves as the main reference for custom features. These include exclusive Digimon, modified systems, custom quests, special events, balance changes, and unique server mechanics that differ from the original game.
To maintain quality and consistency, wiki accounts are not publicly available. Editing access is limited to approved contributors only. This allows the team to ensure that all pages follow the same templates, formatting rules, naming conventions, and update standards. This is especially important when documenting custom content.
Members of the wiki team are responsible for tasks such as:
- Creating structured page templates for Digimon, systems, and custom content.
- Editing and improving text for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Documenting custom server content, including exclusive Digimon, mechanics, quests, and events.
- Updating existing pages whenever the server receives patches, balance changes, or new features.
- Ensuring formatting consistency across all wiki pages.
New contributors may only receive an account when the project opens participation recruitment. When the Wiki Leader or the Game Masters determine that additional help is needed, an announcement will be made and an official application form will be opened.
During the recruitment process, applicants will be asked to explain:
- Why they want to join the wiki team.
- How they can contribute, such as template creation, editing, proofreading, or update tracking.
- What they can bring to the project, including attention to detail, consistency, and verification skills.
- Their availability and preferred areas of contribution.
Approved applicants will receive an account and guidance on the wiki workflow. Contributors are expected to keep all content objective, avoid speculation, and document only information that is verified in-game or officially confirmed for the server.
Note: Even without an account, players can still support the project by sharing verified information about both standard and custom server content with the team during recruitment periods.
